This policy describes how the BeamGate Sourcing inquiry desk handles information you submit about a building procurement. It is a website notice, not a certification of a security program.
The form asks for your name, work email, phone if you choose to give one, company, and a requirement narrative. With JavaScript enabled, product interest, an optional budget, currency, per-unit or whole-order basis, and a supplier preference can be added to that narrative at submit time. Those extra controls are not separate stored fields in this template. They travel inside the existing requirement text.
The desk reads the brief to understand use, dimensions, loads, jurisdiction, quantity, destination, and scope, and to contact factories that may quote an alternative. Replies go to the work email you provide. The brief is not sold as a marketing list on this website, and it is not published as a case study.
No street address, public telephone number, or social account is required to read the pages. Do not put payment card numbers in the requirement box. Drawings you attach are not supported by an upload control here. If a file is needed, the coordinator will agree a transfer method after the brief is reviewed.
Project details may be shared with factories asked to quote, and with service providers who host the form, only as needed to answer the brief. A factory’s own privacy terms apply once you deal with that factory directly. Brand names you mention are treated as reference text, not as a request to that brand’s own database.
Local storage records the first sourcing-benefit display time to limit that display to at most seven days. Session storage remembers when the benefit ticker or popup is closed in the current tab, including page refreshes. These display preferences do not contain the project brief or business contact information.
Briefs are kept long enough to compare quotations and to answer follow-up questions about the same project. You may ask, through the contact form, what was submitted under your email and whether it can be corrected or deleted, subject to records a supplier or a legal duty still requires.
