These terms cover use of the BeamGate Sourcing website and the inquiry desk for alternative prefabricated houses and related building systems. They do not create a construction contract, a dealer appointment, or a design engagement.
BeamGate Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner. The site may discuss a third-party brand as a search context. That discussion is not affiliation, authorization, or an offer to sell the original brand. Quotations, if later received, come from named factories and remain subject to their own conditions.
A form submission is a request to review a brief and, where the brief is usable, to ask factories for quotations on that written scope. It is not an order, not a hold on production capacity, and not acceptance of a price. Optional budget figures and supplier preferences are buyer notes. They are not verified ratings and they do not require a live quotation before you send them.
You are responsible for the accuracy of use, dimensions, loads, jurisdiction, quantity, destination, and scope. If a load or a code edition is unknown, mark it unknown. The desk will not fill a design value in order to make two quotations look complete. You should involve a qualified design professional and the authority having jurisdiction before you treat any drawing as approved.
The website does not warrant code compliance, structural adequacy, delivery dates, or a price relative to any market. Shell, delivered, installed, and turnkey descriptions on these pages explain how to keep scopes apart. They are not a promise that a supplier will offer every scope.
Page text and the BeamGate Sourcing name belong to the operator of this desk. You may not copy the site in a way that suggests you are this desk or the referenced brand. You may not submit unlawful content, malware, or another party’s confidential drawings unless you have the right to share them for quotation purposes.
To the extent the law allows, the desk is not liable for decisions you make from supplier documents, for site conditions, or for losses that follow from an incomplete brief. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those places the limitation applies only as far as the law permits. Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact form.
